1. Introduction

Kuailue Electronics Co., Ltd. ("we") operates XiaojuERP (https://xiaojuerp.com), an ERP system for cross-border e-commerce merchants. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect data when providing the Service. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

2. Data We Collect

• Account information: company name, administrator account, and contact email required for registration and use of the Service;
• Platform-authorized data: upon authorization by the merchant through the standard OAuth flow of an e-commerce platform (such as TikTok Shop), we receive basic shop information, authorization tokens, and order, product, inventory, logistics, and settlement data necessary to provide the Service;
• Usage data: login records and operation logs used to ensure service security and availability.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used solely to provide ERP services to the authorizing merchant, including multi-shop order synchronization, product management, inventory synchronization, fulfillment and logistics tracking, settlement reconciliation, reporting, and related customer support. We do not sell merchant data and do not use it for advertising or commercial purposes unrelated to the purchased service.

4. E-commerce Platform Authorized Data

Data obtained through open APIs of platforms such as TikTok Shop is accessed and processed only within the scope of the merchant's authorization and only to provide services to that merchant. Merchants may revoke authorization at any time on the platform or through us; upon revocation, we will stop calling the relevant APIs and delete the corresponding authorization tokens.

5. Data Sharing

We do not disclose merchant data to any third party except:

• with the merchant's prior explicit consent;
• with infrastructure providers necessary for delivering the Service (such as cloud servers and storage) under confidentiality obligations;
• when required by law or by binding orders of judicial or administrative authorities.

6. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on cloud servers; transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS; sensitive credentials such as platform authorization tokens are stored encrypted; internal access follows the principle of least privilege. We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data, although no environment on the Internet is absolutely secure.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Merchant data is retained during the service period. Upon account cancellation or a deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

We only store the login token in the browser's local storage to maintain the session. It is not used for cross-site tracking, and no third-party advertising cookies are deployed.

9. Minors

The Service is intended for business and merchant users and is not directed at persons under 18 years of age.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time; updates will be published on this page, and material changes will be notified via in-system notice or email.
